We have extended our return policy for the festive season. All purchases made up to 31 December will fall into our extended refund policy period where orders can be returned up to 31 January.
For purchases made on or after 1 January you must return the complete order within 14 calendar days of your receipt. The product(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it; undamaged in any way and should be sent along with the packing slip.
You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying the return postage fee. We would recommend the use of a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
Once the prints have been shipped, please kindly advise us of any tracking reference if available
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to be returned to your account. We ask that you keep a record of the receipt for future reference.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
