Refund Policy

All items sold by We Love Prints are made to order. When an order is placed, a custom request is automatically sent to our partner print studio for immediate printing and fulfillment. Please review the items you have chosen before placing your order, as we cannot cancel, refund or exchange your order you once the transaction has been made. As goods are made to order by our partner print studio we have no processes in which to receive, store and in turn re-sell goods. We hope you understand, thanks.

• We may be able to cancel/refund/change your oder if you email us immediately after placing your order, although this is not guaranteed. Please request a cancellation by sending your name, shipping address and order number in an email to customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk

• If you have received your order and it is damaged, please send photos and your  order number in an email to customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement ASAP. 

• If you think your prints have gone missing during transport, please send an email to customerservice@weloveprints.co.uk so we can track them down!
