How do I place an order?
On our product pages click "add to cart" to add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay navigate to the cart page to enter your shipping and payment info. When payment is received you will receive an order notification to confirm your order and delivery times.
Can I change my delivery address?
Although we cannot guarantee a change in delivery address we may be to do so if you contact us immediately after placing your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number to request a change.
We Love Prints are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our prints are made to order with the following lead times:
- Unframed prints: Please allow 3-7 working days before dispatch.
- Framed prints: Please allow 5-9 working days before dispatch.
- Canvas prints: Please allow 10-12 working days before dispatch.
Once completed they are delivered within the following delivery windows:
- Unframed prints are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class, 1-3 working days.
- Framed prints are sent using a tracked courier service, 1-2 working days.
- Canvas prints are sent using a tracked courier service, 1-2 working days.
How are my prints shipped?
A5 + A4 prints are sent flat in study cardboard envelopes. A3 prints and larger are sent rolled in sturdy postal tubes.
My order hasn’t arrived!?
Apologies! Please email email@example.com with your full name, shipping address and order number so we can track down your order!
Does my order have a tracking number?
Tracking numbers become available the day your order is shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your tracking number.
I need my order for a specific date, can I get it sooner?
We may be able to expedite your order for a small additional fee. Please send an email to email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I claim my discount/offer?
- If you have an offer code (i.e 20OFF) please enter this on the checkout page to activate your discount.
- If there is a deal running on our website (I.e Buy 2, Get 1 Free) this is automatically applied at checkout. Please add items to your cart and when you checkout the discount will be automatically applied to your order.
Can I request a design?
Sorry, currently we only offer the designs listed on our website - we may offer commissions in the future though!
Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed through our website a notification is sent to our partner print studio for immediate production - unfortunately this means we cannot cancel or refund any orders. Please read our refund policy for more information.
Can I get a refund for my order?
As each print is made to order unfortunately we cannot refund any orders. All sales are final. Please read our refund policy for more info.

Received a damaged package? Missing prints? Don’t worry; we’ll get this sorted ASAP! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, shipping address and photo so we can fix any issues.
